Shipping of all aluminum fuel tanks and auxiliary fuel systems are FOB from our manufacturing plant in Visalia, CA. All purchases from our online store are sent prepaid freight. Most aluminum auxiliary fuel tanks and fuel systems are shipped FedEx Freight. Any items small and light enough will be shipped via FedEx ground. Shipping and handling fees will be added to all prepaid orders. Any freight collect orders will have a handling fee added to the invoice.
NOTE: All Canada (or over the border) shipments will be charge an additional handling fee. Please call for price quote.
To save money and time, we recommend shipping to a commercial address or freight dock pickup. Residential shipments generally cost double the amount of a standard commercial delivery or freight dock pick-up. During the buying process, you will have the option to choose your shipping method. If you choose freight dock pick-up, we will provide for you the terminal information and tracking number. We will try to use a carrier as close to you as possible.
We generally try to get your order ready for shipment as fast as possible, when the product is in stock. On average, we get a shipment out the door in approximately 2 -5 business days. If product is out of stock please call for an estimated shipping date. With that being said, we can be at the mercy of our suppliers as well. We cannot guarantee you will receive your order on an exact date. We do not control over the shipping companies.
Prior to retuning any product, a RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number must be given by The Fuelbox associates. Receiving an RGA or refund is not guaranteed. These are given by a case by case basis.Our terms of sale are F.O.B. our factory the responsibility for damage in transit is the carriers whether it be visible damage or concealed damage. ALL SHIPMENTS MUST BE INSPECTED AT DELIVERY OR PICK-UP. Insist that damages be indicated on all copies of the Freight Bill of Lading. Please note that while the crate/pallet may appear to be intact, there may be concealed damage within, product dropped by carrier can be damaged inside the crate/pallet. If product is damaged, either refuse delivery or call Z4 Manufacturing Inc. for instruction. All damage or shortage must be reported to us within two working days of delivery. Carrier must be called requesting that inspection be made. Product must be inspected by Freight Company before being returned to Z4 Manufacturing, Inc. Z4 Manufacturing, Inc. policy is to reship new product upon our receipt of Damage Report and or damaged product. Damaged product must be picked up for return to us prior to re-shipment. Do not return merchandise without our authorization. We will not accept return merchandise from the carrier unless our authorization has been issued. No authorization for returned merchandise will be granted after 30 days. We have taken every precaution to insure safe arrival, but our responsibility ceases when shipment is turned over to the carrier. Z4 Manufacturing, Inc. reserves the right of refusal of any claim. All claims are subject to Z4 Manufacturing, Inc. inspection of damage. Z4 Manufacturing, Inc DOES NOT guarantee delivery dates. Custom/Specialty orders require a non-refundable deposit and Custom/Specialty orders are non-cancel able once in process. Custom/Specialty can mean any product manufactured to specific instructions, non-stock items, special material instructions, etc. Any orders cancelled after shipping are subject to a 20% restocking fee. ALL freight charges, including duties, custom and other related freight charges are the customer’s responsibility and will be collected.
